• Entry is allowed only with a valid confirmed registration or QR pass. • Each QR code is valid for one-time entry only. • Organizer reserves the right to deny entry in case of rule violation.

Alcohol, Gutkha, Paan Masala, Tobacco, Drugs, Weapons and any illegal or harmful substances are strictly prohibited inside the venue. Violation may result in immediate removal without refund.

• Once registration is confirmed and payment is completed, it is non-refundable and non-transferable. • No refunds for absence, late arrival, or personal reasons. • Event cancellation (if any) refund decision remains with organizer.

• Participants must follow festival safety guidelines. • Respect other participants and staff. • Misconduct, harassment, or unsafe behavior will lead to removal. • Entry is at participant’s own risk.

• Only eco-friendly Holi colors permitted. • Participants with allergies or medical conditions should take precautions. • Organizer not responsible for health reactions or personal sensitivity.

• Organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. • Participants are responsible for any damage caused by them. • Organizer liability limited to ticket value only.

• Photos/videos may be captured during the event. • By attending, you grant permission for promotional use without compensation.
